Best Ending Ever

“Then they lived happily ever after” is a phrase used on fairy tales to put an end to the story. Best endings are usually the ones with the happily ever after parts on them. But what people don’t know is that best ending doesn’t just contain characters staying together, it also means to let go of the one you love. But doesn’t it make the story have the worst ending? Actually, no.

Being in love and loved is the feeling everyone wants to experience. The feeling of having someone by your side holding your hand making sure neither one of you will let go; having someone to say those three little words. Having someone to text or talk all night; that is expected to be with through the ups and downs of life. Isn’t it great? Just by imagining these things, you’ll get the kilig vibes all over you.

After the sweet moments, pain is inevitable. “When you’re in love, get ready for the pain it will cause.” To which a lot of people respond; “Is love physical contact sport, like boxing? It doesn’t hurt. It is sweet” We also have to consider that pain is not just physical it is also emotionally and mentally. We may not experience physical pain but the risk of having emotional pain is great when you’re in love. Jealousy itself is an example of an emotional pain; you get hurt just by seeing your loved one being too friendly to others. This pain creates gap between you and your partner and usually ends up cutting their relationship to avoid hurting more people.

“Letting go is essential. Try to move on and continue with your life” but if you really love that person, fight for what you feel. The case is what’s the point of fighting for your love when the one you love has given up already? Move on! Doesn’t it sound so motivating? If it’s meant to be, then it will be. For the meantime let go and move on, the future is smiling brightly at you. Your world doesn’t just orbit around him, this is the real world. Someone better might be there patiently waiting, but remember what others say “Sometimes the best relationships are those who can wait.” Continuing your life, welcoming new people entering into your life, letting better opportunities knock into your door and being able to wait after heartache; This right here, is one of the Best Ending ever. And we also need to remember the words Toni Gonzaga said on what she learnt on the Movie Starting Over Again “I realized that the reason people break up is because something is already broken.”
